Buenger Photography is pleased to associate with the following organizations.

“Every woman in America will be touched by breast cancer in her lifetime. One in eight women will be diagnosed with breast cancer. The other seven will know her. Our goal is to reach the seven in order to help the one.” – Becky Olson and Sharon Henifin – Founders of Breast Friends.

Breast Friends is excited to work with Melony of Buenger Photography who specializes in outside photography, and special occasions. She is capturing breast cancer survivors doing what they enjoy most and with the help of our designer will be creating our “What a Ride” 2010 calendar. All the photography, design work and printing are being donated to maximize the fundraising efforts of this calendar.

We at Making Memories are dedicated to providing a spark of joy into the lives of women and men who are losing their battle against breast cancer. The tragedy of this illness is not merely the physical and emotional burden, but also the enormous financial strain it places on a family.  When insurance benefits are exhausted and mounting medical expenses deplete bank accounts, there is often little or no money left for special memory-making moments, set apart from the everyday sadness and turmoil of “saying goodbye.”
